Bank virtual accounts (VA) offer a secure, non-real-time payment option for users who prefer traditional banking channels. After passing KYC on kebaya, navigate to "Deposit" and select "Bank Transfer." Our system assigns a unique 13-digit VA code for your chosen bank (BCA, Mandiri, BRI, or BNI). The VA code is permanent for your account and tied to your kebaya user ID. To deposit, transfer funds from your personal bank account to this VA number using your bank's mobile app, ATM, or online banking. Most banks process transfers within subject to verification during business hours (08:00–20:00 Monday–Friday; limited hours on weekends). Off-hours transfers may take up to 2–4 hours to clear. kebaya monitors all incoming VA transfers in real time; your account balance updates once confirmation arrives from the bank. Withdrawals return to the source account — i.e., if you transferred from a BCA account, your withdrawal goes back to that same BCA account. Bank withdrawals typically process within 1–2 business days. No withdrawal fees apply on kebaya's end, but your bank may deduct a small transfer charge. Some banks also limit daily VA transfer amounts (e.g., our welcome offer per day) — check your bank's terms if you encounter a limit error.

Fees, limits and verification

kebaya does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees to your account; any fees visible in your transaction history originate from your payment provider (DANA, OVO, GoPay, bank). Most e-wallets charge 0–non-specific info per transaction; bank VAs typically charge our welcome offer–our welcome offer per transfer. Deposit amounts start at our welcome offer for e-wallets and our welcome offer for bank transfers. Upper limits depend on your payment provider's account tier — starter e-wallet accounts may cap at our welcome offer daily, while verified accounts often allow higher amounts. Before your first withdrawal, kebaya requires completed KYC verification (ID photo + proof of address), which typically takes subject to verification. Weekly or monthly loss limits can be set voluntarily in your account settings. If you exceed kebaya's internal thresholds for a single session (e.g., deposits totaling more than our welcome offer in a calendar month), our compliance team may request additional verification or account-review steps — this is a standard anti-money-laundering safeguard and does not block your account. Resolving a stalled transaction
